Hondák szoktak menni, de volt Citroen Saxo is az ellenfelem. 1,4-es szívó Saxo, meg volt "A" csoportos Nissan Micra, szóval van itt minden. Ahhoz képest, hogy 1,0 turbó, a 7-es gyorson ... boldogság volt. Így van. Azt szoktam mondani, ez a kocsi nem a legerősebb. Kis széria közeli, de megbízható, ha jól bánsz vele, akkor elvisz a célig. Ennél a széria kocsival így kell menni. Nagyon ügyesen lendületautózás van. Lóerőből nem tudsz, marad a lendület. Ennyi. A finn pilóta harmadik alkalommal nyerte meg az aszfaltos versenyt, és ezúttal is egy 1983-as Lancia Rally 037-est terelgetett. Alén mögött az olasz, Enrico Brazzoli ért célba szintén egy Lanciával.
